Location - marvellous and decent right by Akihabara or Ginza, embassies close by and 2 Metro lines in the neighbourhood, and the business area from which traveling to the mrt. Also, helpful in making reservations for us in hard to attend restaurants. Top-notch service overall and parking on site. Lobby bar and nice pool.

We loved the classic-style building and our peaceful room with a king-sized bed. The room had convenient amenities like an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was fantastic, being near the Metro, Kanda Station, and popular areas like Akihabara and Ginza. The staff were wonderful and very friendly.

We selected this hotel for our end of stay "luxury" night which has extended checkout (midday). The room was spacious and there were several lovely touches for decoration and special features such as remote controls for the curtains! The hotel is well staffed, were always on hand, were very helpful and had excellent English. The foyer displays many letters from famous people who have stayed at the hotel.
The location was in the business district and not terribly convenient unless we wished to stay in the hotel. The meals were (not surprisingly) quite expensive - a coffee was over 900yen! But the Roppongi eating district is only a 20 minute walk. While cable connection to the internet was free, wifi was not.

Pos: The hotel exceeded all expectations during my trip to Tokyo. I got a brand-new room with a private bathroom. Great service from helpful staff. The location in the business area was beautiful and very close to metro stations. Modern Tokyo vibes were also within reach.

Hey, it's 2012, put wifi on the rooms (without a yen3000 charge!), let in house guests use the pool (without a yen3000 charge!), put a few English speaking cable channels on! Cheers,

We stayed in a suite in the Main building which was a lot quieter than the South Wing. I would recommend this hotel to anybody, the staff were very competent and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them.

Exclusivity. Other five-star hotels are always full of non-guests which makes the atmosphere quite cheap.
My key had to be re-coded every day (four days in a row) as it lost information after a few hours (so I couldn't enter my room whenever I came bac). Also, elevators and corridors were too hot. It was almost like a/c was not on (outside temperatue was as high as 30 c).
